  Bought a van from Imperial back in February, had a fuel pressure problem to start with and they agreed to change the fuel filter for me (£100 job), didn't rectify the juddering I was experiencing on acceleration. 6 months later the van has stopped working, it now needs £2000 worth of work doing to it to keep it going, new fuel rail and fuel pump. Imperial are saying unless I prove the problem was pre existing (which is of course extremely difficult) , they won't spend a penny to help. Just be aware that buying a second hand van from these guys can end up a costly decision. Their response was "thats why people buy brand new with warranty" and " this is just part of the blame culture".
