  Once you get an appointment at your local surgery, the staff are friendly and professional. But trying to get through is another matter. When you are Ill with shivers, high temperatures, in and out of dizzy sleep, pains in chest.
  Sitting with phone on permanent redial trying to get through isn't on top of your list as a priority. Although you know it doesn't warrant a visit to A.E (misuse of NHS). You may need your symptoms clarified for your employer and receive appropriate medical advice. When you do get through and they inform you no local appointments but can you travel to another partner, thats not as local. It is frustrating.
